A late August gala for the ArtsBridge Foundation brought 200 guests to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre for cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions, dancing and performances by the Shuler Encore Ensemble of high schoolers.

The evening raised $225,000 for the foundation that provides arts experiences for Georgia students in pre-K through 12. Highlights included the presentation of the Bridge Builder Award to Sara Womack, a Cobb County educator who has coordinated with the district to bring the arts to more than 10,000 students a year, and gala sponsors and supporters Jerry and Cheryl Nix.
Media sponsor Simply Buckhead joined an array of partners to make the evening a success.
