Dr. Paul Dudley brings decades of fertility expertise to Georgia patients.

Dr. Paul Dudley understands that answering those questions takes more than clinical expertise. It takes listening, honest conversation, and an appreciation for everything a patient has experienced before walking through the door. That approach shaped his career in Seattle. Today, it is at the heart of his work in Georgia.
A native of Douglas, Dr. Dudley graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech and earned his medical degree at Emory University. He left the state to complete his residency and fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, then headed to the Pacific Northwest.
In 2007, he joined Seattle Reproductive Medicine, now Pinnacle Fertility Washington. Over the next 16 years, he built a successful career helping patients navigate some of their most consequential decisions. He became a partner physician in 2010 and served as co-managing partner from 2019 to 2023, balancing patient care with the responsibility of leading a growing practice.
His colleagues also turned to him for leadership. He served as president of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and on the Pinnacle Fertility Board of Directors, while earning repeated recognition as a Seattle Top Doctor and Castle Connolly Top Doctor.
Then came an opportunity that brought his professional experience and personal history full circle.
As Pinnacle prepared to expand into Georgia, it needed a medical director who could build a practice from the ground up, earn patients’ trust, and bring an experienced hand to complex fertility care. Dr. Dudley spent years doing that work in Seattle. He also had a reason to look south.
For him and his family, Georgia was still home.
In early 2024, Dr. Dudley opened Pinnacle IVF, now Pinnacle Fertility Georgia, in Atlanta with a vision of offering advanced fertility treatment at a more affordable price point. Returning to the area where he had studied and trained as a medical student gave him the opportunity to bring years of experience back to the community that helped shape him.
Fertility care involves weighing options, understanding uncertainty, and deciding on a path that fits a patient’s medical needs and personal circumstances. Dr. Dudley prioritizes open communication, taking a compassionate approach to helping patients understand what comes next. His expertise in reproductive medicine and surgery informs those conversations, particularly when the answers are complicated.
Affordability is also central to the practice’s vision. For people considering IVF, the cost of care can weigh heavily alongside the emotional demands of treatment. Dr. Dudley’s goal in opening the Atlanta practice was to make high-quality care attainable for more people.
In 2025, the practice expanded into Stockbridge, extending its reach across the metro area. A year later, Pinnacle Fertility Georgia received the Clinic of the Year award at the 2026 Pinnacle Together conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.

For Dr. Dudley, who is married with two adult daughters, coming home to Georgia opened a new chapter in a career devoted to helping families take shape.
