ENGEL & VÖLKERS OFFERS WEEKNIGHT OPEN HOUSES TO ATLANTA BUYERS

Home buying can feel like a full-time job, one that takes up the majority of your weekend. Engel & Völkers Atlanta is trying to remedy that with a Twilight Open House. Launched in May by the Buckhead-based real estate firm, these open houses take place on a weeknight to provide flexibility in the home-search experience. Tours are typically held from 4 to 7 p.m., and in addition to offering exclusive access to for-sale homes, they entertain potential buyers with cocktails and light bites.
Christa Huffstickler, Engel & Völkers Atlanta’s founder and CEO, sees the idea as a great alternative for busy clients. “Buying a home can be a major time commitment. Twilight Open House is one of the ways buyers can keep their workday and weekends house-hunt-free,” says Huffstickler. “They come in, grab a glass of wine and roam around without the stress of needing to get back to the office. It’s flexible, and that’s something buyers need nowadays.”
