Inside “Amazing Race” alums Leticia and Rod Gardner’s cutting-edge med spa.
Dynamic3 Med Spa has the feel of an upscale retreat. The wellness destination in the heart of Buckhead is wrapped in soft neutral tones, sculptural furnishings and arched architectural details that are more artistic than clinical. “Amazing Race” alums and co-founders Leticia Gardner and her husband, Rod, built it from the ground up, with Leticia designing the interior and Rod serving as the contractor. It’s a calming environment where nurse practitioners and licensed estheticians offer everything from injectables and facials to IV therapy and weight loss programs.
The med spa, which opened in January 2026, is rooted in holistic health and functional medicine. “It’s where aesthetics meets cellular health,” says Leticia. “We do everything from the inside to the outside to feel good and look good all the way around, no matter the age.”
The duo have long been advocates of healthy living. Rod is a former NFL wide receiver, and Leticia became a fitness instructor after meeting him in Atlanta in 2009. She founded an online fitness and nutrition program that offered workout and meal plans. Both have built personal brands centered on family, lifestyle and health and wellness that have garnered a combined millions of social media followers. They also started a line called Rep Nation Supplements. Simply Buckhead spoke with Leticia about their new spa concept.
Why was Buckhead the right location for this concept?
We opened our first location in Jacksonville, Florida, where my husband’s from. But Atlanta was always home and where we wanted to be. Atlanta has so many trends, but we wanted to create a one-stop shop where you can get everything from a facial, Botox, fillers, peptides, weight loss, IVs, body scans and full optimization from cellular health to stem cells all in one place. I feel like Atlanta is the place that, if anybody’s going to have it, we should have it. So we wanted to create that.
Functional medicine is a big part of your philosophy. Why?
It’s more holistic. We want to heal the root of the issues so that we can live longer, be healthier for our families and lead by example. You don’t have to suffer in silence. You don’t have to have hot flashes at 40. Your doctor will tell you it’s normal, but it’s really not. There’s so much that can actually help us.
What kind of reaction have you received since opening?
The first thing people say is, “It smells so good in here.” Then they tell us it looks even better in person. They’re also surprised by how many services we offer.
What’s next for Dynamic3?
My husband definitely wants to expand faster than I do. Long term, we would love to create more of a wellness retreat where people can come, stay and experience even more services in one place.
What do you hope people take away from Dynamic3?
We genuinely care about creating a lifestyle change and not quick fixes—things that are really going to impact the next generation. We want to continue to lead by example, and we pray the city receives that and comes through.
