Area residents now have a new option to add into their workout routine: Panthéon Boxing & Fitness.

Opened in Buckhead in May, the new facility focuses on boxing, but it’s not your average gym. “Boxing isn’t meant to be only for advanced athletes and fighters,” says CEO Ben Duvall. “Panthéon knows that, and we’re looking to make boxing fun. We want it to be accessible to as many people as possible.”
While most of its classes center around boxing, the facility also offers fitness and yoga classes. “Boxing is one of the most challenging and therapeutic workouts, but at Panthéon, it will be supplemented with [other types of] classes to ensure that you get a well-balanced, full-body workout in the long run,” says Duvall.
Memberships and class packages are available, as are one-on-one private training sessions for boxing, strengthening, fat burning and yoga. To get attendees familiar with the facility, the first intro class is free and is valid for any of the classes, which you can register for online.
