Amateur cooks, local restaurants and top caterers host a food face-off in Dunwoody!
Atlanta Chili Cook-Off returns to Dunwoody’s Brook Run Park on Nov. 14. The event will feature more than 50 unique chilis crafted by talented amateur cooks, top local restaurants and premier caterers. Guests can sample unlimited chili and cast their votes to help determine who takes home the People’s Choice Award, and competitors vie for a slice of $5,000 in cash and prizes.
Trophies will be awarded across four categories, including Best Amateur, Best Restaurant, Most Spirited Team and People’s Choice. Each winner offers both home cooks and professional kitchens a shot at bragging rights. Beyond the competition, kids can enjoy face painting and the park playground for a full afternoon of fall fun. Whether you’re a devoted chili fan or just looking for a laid-back Saturday outdoors, the Atlanta Chili Cook-Off offers a tasty afternoon.
General admission tickets start at $20, and gates open at 1 p.m. with unlimited chili samples; kids 10 and younger get in free with an adult. VIP tickets are $50 and include a noon entry, an open bar and all-you-can-eat chili and drinks. The event runs until 4 p.m.
