This year’s theme was Prom in the City, an event at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria that helped more than 60 young ladies get ready for the biggest event of their high school lives—prom! Excited high school juniors and seniors who were unable to financially afford the luxury of the perfect prom were provided dresses, high heels, accessories and even hair and makeup. The young men who attended the event with their prom dates were also treated to free haircuts and service discounts for the big night. In addition to personal stylists, nail techs, makeup artists and hair stylists, Prom Project 6 showcased sponsors such as radio station HOT 107.9, I Heart Hair Inc. and Garb Shoetique. – Jessica Wise
