Karina Antenucci is an experienced print and digital writer, editor and brand storyteller. After graduating from New York University, she was an editor for almost a decade working for consumer magazines such as InStyle, Health and Get Married before launching her freelance career that now, 10 years later, maintains an extensive list of clients. Today, she writes about everything from beauty and wellness to travel and technology and, as the founder of Message Sprout, she helps local to global companies build brand narratives through quality content that engages customers and drives brand awareness. As a beauty and wellness specialist and certified holistic practitioner, she also simplifies wellness for busy women on her website Badass + Healthy. And as a mom to one human and two furry babies, she is a master juggler.
